Held on the first Mondays of each month, the newest offering from Possibilities: Restore, Energize, Sustain, Thank (R.E.S.T.). This program aims to get individuals back in touch with their inner peace. Participants from the first workshop reported feeling on average a 60% decrease in stress in just ONE VISIT.
