We have an ability to create the organizational culture that we set. We can have a place that has a culture of super public service. Or a organization that shows tremendous gratitude for workers. You can intentionally choose what type of business you want and use strategic steps and assessments to create and keep that culture.
Our board and staff trainings help groups to assess their culture: where they would like it to be, and what plan of action they are going to use to get to that point. Our goal is to meet each board and staff group where they are. We do not have one standard plan – each group session is designed based on what their unique opportunities and challenges are.
