“She’s a fireball”, says the Possibilities staff, laughing, “How else can you describe her?” At less than 5 feet tall, the power that comes from within 80-year-old Helen Franklin can be remarkable! Never afraid to share her opinion or hear the word “no,” Helen is a force to be reckoned with. She works against all odds to keep her neighborhood, Garden Day, safe and clean. With Possibilities’ help she learned to confront conflict, organized clean-ups, installed entrance signs and planted landscaping.
What we need are more people who specialize in the impossible.
